Hiệu chuẩn máy thử độ bền kéo nén

1. Kiểm tra bên ngoài

- kiểm tra máy có đầy đủ nhãn mác, số máy, nơi sản xuất

- Máy có đủ các phụ kiển cần thiết đi kèm

- Mặt số có vạch chia, độ phân giải rõ ràng

2. LKiểm tra kĩ thuật

- Kiểm tra An  toàn : Kiểm tra công tắc hành trình, các cover, sensor bảo vệ người sử dụng

- Kiểm tra chức năng quá tải của máy khi đạt đến quá tải của máy sẽ tự động dừng lại để bảo vệ hoạt động cho máy

- Kiểm tra thăng bằng của máy, độ lệch không quá1 mm/m

- Kiểm tra bộ phận tạo lực, bộ điều khiển joystick hoạt động tốt ko, cơ cấy hoạt động trơn tru tránh sai số bởi kết cấu hoạt động

- Kiểm tra bộ phận đo biến dạng, dung sai ko vượt quá +- 1mm

2. Technical inspection

- Check the force generating part, the joystick controller works well, the implant works smoothly to avoid errors due to the operating structure.

- Check the strain gauge, the tolerance does not exceed +- 1mm
